Welcome to Bellezza. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase from our online clothing store in Sri Lanka.
Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
Payments
- We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (where available).
- All payments must be completed before order processing (except COD orders).
- Prices are listed in LKR and may change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
- Delivery times are estimated between 2–7 working days.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must provide proof of return (such as courier tracking details or receipt) confirming the item was handed over within the 7-day period.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if items are damaged, stained, torn, or altered.
- Size exchanges are accepted based on stock availability and must meet all return conditions.
- If the size change is required due to the customer’s mistake (wrong size selected), the full courier cost (return + resending) must be paid by the customer.
- If the issue is due to our mistake, Bellezza will handle the exchange accordingly.
Product Information
- We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
- Product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting conditions and differences in display screens or devices.
- While we aim to present products as accurately as possible, achieving the exact color representation in images may not always be possible.
- Size measurements may vary by ±1 inch.
Privacy
- Your personal information is handled securely and used only for order processing and customer support.

Limitation of Liability
- Bellezza is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
