At Bellezza, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds when purchasing from our online clothing store in Sri Lanka.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, damage, or alterations
- Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Customers must provide proof of return, such as:
- Courier tracking details
- Courier receipt or bill
- The item must be handed over to the courier within 7 working days, even if it reaches us later.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process.
Size Exchanges
- Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.
- All standard return conditions apply to size exchanges.
- If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative solution will be offered.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to customer’s mistake (Example: Wrong size selected), the customer must bear the full courier cost (return + reshipping).
- If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defect, etc.), Bellezza will handle all related costs.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed if:
- The requested item is unavailable for exchange, or
- A return is approved under valid conditions
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on payment method and bank policies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are:
- Worn, washed, or used
- Damaged, stained, or altered
- Purchased under final sale or promotional conditions (if applicable)
may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Product Conditions
- We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
- Product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting conditions and differences in display screens or devices. While we aim to present products as accurately as possible, achieving the exact color representation in images may not always be possible.
- Size measurements may vary by ±1 inch.
